Payment is understood to be acceptance of these stated Terms and Conditions
Samples
We will provide ONE FREE SAMPLE per customer, so that you can see & feel our exceptional quality & finish for yourself.
We are happy to provide you with more than this, but they will be charged at £1.50 each to cover postage costs.
If using our free consultation & design service - Piskie Magic will issue a quote for the final products based on your individual design.
Payment
Payment is on a pro-forma basis only.
If paying by cheque - Your order will commence when your cheque has been cleared.
Discounts?
FAVOURS - Yes
Our prices for all favours are wholesale prices and a further 5% discount will only be given when the order value exceeds £300.
STATIONERY - No
Our stationery ranges are already at extremely competitive prices.
Alterations
The client agrees to notify Piskie Magic immediately of any changes to names, addresses, dates etc.
Piskie Magic will endeavour to make any changes free of charge if production is not already in progress.
Copyright
All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs & products and in the images, text and design of our website/marketing materials are and will remain the property of Piskie Magic.
We will treat any infringement of these rights seriously.
The client is responsible for obtaining permission for printed reproduction of any material, poems, hymns,
songs etc required.
The client indemnifies Piskie Magic against any action brought against it for breach of a third parties copyright.
Data Protection
Piskie Magic will not share any information you give with any third party.
Delivery
Piskie Magic delivers to the UK and EU Countries.
Delivery is usually by Royal Mail Standard Delivery (UK orders only)
For ALL International delivery charges please contact us directly for more information.
Piskie Magic reserves the right to use other carriers.
Whilst every care is taken in packing the order cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit.
Miscellaneous
Piskie Magic will endeavour to supply the client as agreed but cannot be held liable for
situations beyond it’s control, for example - discontinued materials and postal disputes.
In such cases a suitable alternative will be made available.
Piskie Magic will be on the back of each element of stationery as standard.
Our Products
The client should be aware that our products and packaging are not suitable for children.
As all wedding stationery items are handmade the client accepts there will be slight variations between
items.
Piskie Magic cannot be held responsible for the natural aging of products.
If the client orders wedding stationery in stages then Piskie Magic cannot guarantee
continuity of design.
Piskie Magic have made every attempt to represent our products as accurately as
possible and any images we publish are for illustrative purposes only.
Colour reproduction is as accurate as possible via the various mediums.
The client can be certain that the proof is an accurate representation of the final product.
Proofs
While we take every care in producing your proofs, it is the responsibility of the client to proof read any
text thoroughly prior to printing.
Proof forms must be signed, dated and returned by post - or confirmed via email.
Once the proofs have been signed off any further alterations will incur an additional charge
