How do I get my stationery printed?

After you have placed your order through the website, Angie will contact you by telephone to discuss your individual requirements regarding the printing of your stationery.
If you are not at home at the time, a message will be left, or you will be contacted by e-mail (if you have one).
From then on, we will work together to get your personalisation exactly as you would like.

Proofs

When the text has been decided, you will then be sent a proof, usually via e-mail, to check thoroughly and sign off.

Signing Off - A Confirmation of Proof form will be sent to you with the draft, if receiving by post.
You can sign and return this slip (by post), or the quicker option - send a return e-mail confirming you have proof-read your text and you would like the printing to go ahead.

Shipping - UK & International

We ship to anywhere in the world!

All shipping/delivery prices on the website are within the UK only. ALL Wedding stationery will be sent via courier on a Next Day delivery service, so please ensure there is someone available to receive your parcel.

How long will my Personalised item take to arrive?

The lead time fluctuates throughout the year, the personalising dept are running 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Personalised Boxes and Napkins:
All orders will typically despatch within 5 - 15 days of receiving order.
We can currently take urgent orders for a 3 day turnaround - as long as we have all your information required.
